TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROGRO LEADS

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

The client is not bound to engage with ProGro Leads for any fixed duration and may choose to terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to ProGro Leads.

FEES AND REFUND POLICY

The client agrees to pay the fees as specified in the proposal for the services provided by ProGro Leads. These fees, whether one-time or recurring monthly fees, are Refundable on pro rata basis (The Refund is only applicable within One week of receiving of First Lead)

DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY

ProGro Leads will handle client data with the utmost care and confidentiality. Any data shared with ProGro Leads will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

LIABILITY

ProGro Leads shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the client’s use of the leads, services, or any third-party actions related to ProGro Leads’ services.

EXCLUSIVITY OF LEADS

ProGro Leads verifies leads through stringent processes, ensuring their quality and relevance. However, it is important to note that lead exclusivity is dependent on the skills and efforts of the client.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from the services provided by ProGro Leads will be subject to mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

These terms and conditions may be subject to change by ProGro Leads, with notice provided to the client. Continued engagement with ProGro Leads’ services after such notice implies the client’s acceptance of the updated terms

TERMINATION

ProGro Leads reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the client, with or without cause, by providing written notice. The client is also entitled to terminate the agreement at any time, as mentioned earlier
