You grant ProGroleads and its corporate parents, affiliates, and partners permission to deliver or cause to be given to you telemarketing advertising for goods or services aside from those you are applying for but that may be of interest to you by using the Services. An automated telephone dialing system, an artificial or prepared voice, or a text message sent to the phone numbers you supplied above may be used to do this. The signing of this Agreement is not a requirement of your purchase of any

1. Information We Collect
Our company collects information from users in various ways, including when users provide information directly to us and when we passively collect information from their browsers or devices. We may collect information from users when they respond to our communications or communicate with us, register for an account, use certain features that require information, fill out a survey, provide feedback, request certain features, or post user content. The information that we collect directly from users may include their name, email address, physical address, phone number, birth date, details about properties they are interested in, and their preferences related to home searches, photographs, audio/video content, and financial information.
We may also passively collect certain information about the computer or devices used by users to access our services, including IP addresses, geolocation information, unique device identifiers, IMEI and TCP/IP address, and other information about the computer or device(s), browser types, browser language, operating system, mobile device carrier information, the state or country from which users accessed the services, and information related to the ways in which users interact with the services. ProGroleads may use the information to send users information about their relationship or transactions with ProGroleads.com, technical notices, updates, account or security alerts, or other communications, such as newsletters to which users have subscribed.

ProGroleads may use de-identified and/or aggregated data for any purpose, including without limitation for research, analytics, and marketing purposes, and may also share such data with any third parties, including advertisers, promotional partners, other users, and/or others.
ProGroleads may communicate with users through SMS, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Facebook Emails, Apps, or through any available channel on behalf of itself, its affiliates, and advertisers.
Users are authorizing ProGroleads and its corporate parents, affiliates, and partners to deliver or cause to be delivered to them (including through Members and authorized third parties) telemarketing promotions for products or services in addition to those about which they are applying, but that may be of interest to them using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice and text messages to the phone numbers they provided. Users are not required to sign this agreement as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
3. When We Disclose Your Information
ProGroleads may disclose or share your information with non-affiliated third parties under the following circumstances:
Service Providers and Subcontractors: We may provide access to or share your information with select third parties and sub-contractors who perform services on our behalf, including marketing, market research, customer support, data storage, analysis and processing, and legal services.
Public Record Information: Information related to home sales and purchases, including buyers’ names and addresses, the price paid, property taxes, and other information, is available from public sites. We may disclose to others some information that typically becomes part of the public record of a home sale or purchase.
Protection of ProGroleads and Others: You acknowledge, consent, and agree that ProGroleads may access, preserve, and disclose the information and/or any content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Services if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is permitted by this Policy or reasonably necessary or appropriate for any of the following reasons:
to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ProGroleads, its Members and affiliates, its users, and the public. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection, spam/malware prevention, and similar purposes.
Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we may buy, merge, or partner with other companies. In such transactions, including in contemplation of such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets. If a portion or all of ProGroleads’s assets are sold or transferred to a third party, your information may be included among those transferred business assets.
4. Online Analytics and Advertising
We may use third-party web analytics services to collect and analyze information from our Services for auditing, research, or reporting purposes. These third-party service providers may collect information, including your IP address, through various analytics technologies described in the “Cookies and Similar Technologies” section. They use this information to evaluate your use of the Services, such as noting the third-party website from which you arrived, analyzing usage trends, assisting with fraud prevention, and providing certain features to you.
We may also use certain analytics tools, such as clear GIFs, to capture data when you open our email or click on any links or banners our email contains. This data allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our communications and marketing campaigns.

We work with website analytics and advertising partners, such as Google, Doubleclick Campaign Manager, and Facebook, to deliver ProGroleads ads on third-party publisher websites. These partners may set cookies on your device’s web browser based on various factors, such as the content of the page you are visiting, the information you enter, your searches, demographic data, user-generated content, and other information we collect from you. These ads may be based on your current activity or your activity over time and across other websites and online services and may be tailored to your interests.
We may also allow other third parties, such as ad networks and ad servers, to serve tailored ads to you on the Services, other sites, and in other applications, and to access their own cookies or other tracking technologies on your computer, mobile phone, or another device you use to access the Services. We may provide customer information, such as email addresses, to service providers, who may “match” this information in de-identified form to cookies or other proprietary IDs, to target or “retarget” you with ads when you visit other websites and mobile applications. You may opt-out of many of these service providers as described in the next paragraph.
Please note that we do not have access to, nor does this Policy govern, the use of cookies or other tracking technologies that may be placed on your computer, mobile phone, or another device you use to access the Services by non-affiliated, third-party ad technology, ad servers, ad networks, or any other non-affiliated third parties. Those parties that use these technologies may offer you a way to opt-out of ad targeting as described in the Policy. However, to the extent advertising technology is integrated into the Services, you may still receive advertisements even if you opt out. In that case, the advertising will not be tailored to your interests. We are not responsible for any choices you make using these mechanisms or the continued availability or accuracy of these mechanisms.
5. Notice Concerning Do-Not-Track Signals
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We do not recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working toward defining exactly what DNT means, what it means to comply with DNT and a common approach to responding to DNT.
6. Accessing and Controlling Your Data
You may access certain information that we maintain and delete, change, or modify that information in accordance with applicable laws to ensure its accuracy. If the information you have provided to us changes or is inaccurate, you must promptly update us. 8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for general audiences and not for children under 13 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal information of children under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

However, we cannot guarantee that our measures will prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your information. 11. Your California Privacy Rights

OPT-OUT RIGHT FOR CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS
